These images are so special to me. The first couple I photographed nude :’) something I had wanted to do for a long time. I love celebrating intimacy & creating art through that celebration. When Kayla asked me about taking photos of her & her honey at Lightning in a Bottle in celebration of their anniversary, I was stoked. We took some fun photos around the festival grounds & then finished the session along the shore of the lake at sunset.
Capturing their love & playful connection was so sweet & easy. Observing the way they hold space for each other with so much awareness was beautiful. Kayla & Zach physically hold one another with so much tenderness & love.
