It was an incredibly beautiful experience getting to photograph one of my best friends, Madison- as she was deep into her third trimester with her first baby. As you can see she was so beautifully glowing + pregnant, in a full surrender to the process, blissed out as the winter sunshine kissed her skin. We ventured out onto the land that Madi had first lived on when she arrived to the area, where big changes and deep transformation occurred for her. Walking into the woods with our dogs by our side, as always we played our favorite old songs, beyond grateful for warm sunlight, togetherness & the divine timing of the universe. Getting to be apart of Madi’s journey into motherhood during her pregnancy is such a special, sacred part of our friendship for me. Looking at these photos I see a Mama Goddess truly embodied, what a powerful, beautiful strength.
